Blocking/Unblocking your personal account

In your personal settings it is possible to turn on voluntary blocking of your personal account in case you need to suspend Internet access for a period of time. To enable voluntary blocking, go to your personal settings at using your login / password. In the left menu, select “IP service”, then in the “Voluntary blocking” column, click “Connect”. Select the block end date.

You can also activate voluntary blocking by calling NSUNet technical support at +7 (383) 363-41-93 or writing to (do not forget to indicate your account number and the block end date). You can disable the blocking service before the selected date by calling NSUNet technical support 343-41-93. Internet access will resume the next day.
